Irish business women conference 2006

IBW_3.JPG Last week I was honoured to be the key note address at the first ever ‘Irish Business Women’ conference.

IBW is a free on line community of female entrepreneurs which started life less than 9 months ago – the brain child of Frank Fullard of the Mayo County Enterprise Board.

My role was to get the conference off to a great start – I facilitated almost 200 women working live on their networking dialogue and personal brand statement so that every introduction they made during the rest of the day would be more compelling, confident and likely to lead to new friendships.

Building relationships is after all the foundation of great networking which in turn will help us attract our ideal clients and continuous referrals through all important word of mouth marketing.

It was a great event and the day was filled with the personal stories, passion and energy of what I am sure will be a thriving community for years to come.
