Some of the benefits of global telesummits include no more organising of venues; reduced overheads and more profits; attendees able to attend from across the globe;  creating joint venture opportunities with speakers from different continents.

Increasingly global telesummits are being used by companies to extend their reach and attract more clients. As an example I am chairing the organising team of a global telesummit about personal branding where we are planning to attract 100,000 attendees.

But what are the systems and processes we need to have in place if we want to ensure we host a professional conference? What are the pitfalls we need to avoid?
