Launch of the Association for Coaching in Ireland

Excellence in Coaching, Association for Coaching in IrelandIf you are interested in being a member of a collaborative community focused on coaching in Ireland you might be interested to know of the forthcoming launch of the Association for Coaching in Ireland.

The Association for Coaching was established in 2002 and is an independent and non profit professional body committed to raising the standards and professionalism of Coaching. It has members in 22 countries, as a key leading professional body in the field of coaching.

The first meeting in Dublin of the Association for Coaching in Ireland, will be a master class on the subject of Excellence in Coaching coinciding with the Irish launch of the Association for Coaching’s new book “Excellence in Coaching, an industry guide”.

Title of the event: Excellence in Coaching, a platform for performance

Speaker: Katherine Tulpa, Chair of the Association for Coaching and a contributing author of “Excellence in Coaching, an industry guide”

Price: €32 non-members or €17.50 members

The Mission of the Association for Coacing In Ireland

  • Raise awareness in Ireland of the importance of professional standards and continuing professional development for coaches
  • Create an active community for those involved in coaching to support each other and support continued professional development
  • Build strategic connections with organisations and lead bodies to support the growth of the coaching profession in Ireland.

Who can become a member of the Association for Coaching?

Members of the Association for Coaching include:

  • companies and organisations who are embedding coaching capabilities
  • professional coach training organisations
  • and coaches and interested in pursuing excellence in coaching.
