How to create a memorable username for your Facebook Page

Having set up a Facebook Page for your business, are you now looking to attract more fans to your Facebook page?

That is the most frequently asked question I get in workshops or from clients once they have decided upon their content strategy.

Well you see you have to market your Facebook page – yes you need a marketing plan and I highly encourage you to market and build visibility for your Facebook page both online and offline.

To assist you though the first step is to create a short, memorable username for your Facebook page thatyou can use in your 360 marketing programme. Initially when you set up your Facebook page you have a URL that is very long.

Setting up a unique URL for your Facebook page takes just a few seconds – though I do recommend you take more than a few seconds thinking about the name you want as once you have decided on the username you can not change it.
