Today I am at the International conference for HostelWorld.com where over 350 hostels from across the world will be gathering for two days to discuss best practice in business development and social media to ensure they have a successful 2010.
I am chairing a session with some of the hostels and we are exploring their use of social media – it was interesting researching the use of social media by the different hostels – we’re covering examples from Ireland, the US, the Czech Republic, the UK and Australia.
I am also delivering key note, sharing best practice tips in using social media if you are in the hospitality business.
Here is the essence of what I am covering in my session ‘So You Want to Be Social?’
