So it’s approaching the end of January. How has the first month of 2010 been for you?

A little while ago I had the opportunity to speak with Frederique Murphy (@IrishSmiley on Twitter) a coach based in Ireland – we had first connected last year and I met her in person at an event in Dublin. Her passion is helping entrepreneurs eliminate the blocks and challenges that we seem to put in our own way – the mindset we adopt when leading our businesses.
