- Crown Plaza Hotel, Dublin Airport – if you are heading into Dublin from the north or want to meet near the airport
- Clarion Hotel, IFSC – a convenient location if you are travelling by train from Belfast
- Donnybrook Fair, Donnybrook, Dublin – good for brunch south side of the city if you don’t want
- Fitzwilliam Hotel, St Stephen’s Green, Dublin – easy to find in the centre of Dublin and right on the Luas
