Google Plus For Business
Google Plus is the newest social network from Google which also allows you to have a business page.
As with other social networks an important element to consider is your content plan for your Google Plus business page.
One of the benefits of Google Plus is that you can target your communication to people interested in a particular subject that you are writing about – unlike with your Facebook Page where you can only target your content geographically or by language. You do this by inviting people to join a Google Plus Circle – then you publish content specificaly to that Circle and only those people will receive it. As an example Cadury’s UK has a Google Plus Circle for people who want to be ‘taster’s for their products and provide them with feedback.
Don’t forget that you can also share the content that you publish on Google Plus to your other social networks and reference it in your ezine, blog posts and your website – Google Plus does not need to be an island. You can also publish a button on your website to encourage people to follow or as they call it on Google Plus “Circle” your Google Plus business page to receive updates.
